Westridge Homes offers a variety of housing options from which to choose. You can choose from Move-In Ready Homes, Homes Under Construction, or from numerous Floor Plans that we will build for you.

Review Options & Upgrades
Once you decide which home and lot is right for you, we will sit down with you to evaluate all of the available options and upgrades we offer, so you can make your home uniquely yours.

Finalize Sales Contract
Once you've customized your house to fit your tastes, you will sign a Purchase Agreement for the Floor Plan that you've approved. Once you've finalized your sales contract, we will begin pouring the foundation of your brand new home.

Product Selection
Now is your chance to further make your home truly yours. In our conveniently located Design Center, we will work with you to ensure your house is outfitted with the carpeting, siding, etc., that is right for you. You can choose from hundreds of counter tops, numerous carpet and vinyl flooring selections, and over 100 combinations of exterior siding and shingles. You can also choose from a variety of upgrade options. Your house is a reflection of who you are, so it's important that you choose how it looks.

Lighting and Appliance Selection
We will provide you with a lighting list to aid in your shopping and will coordinate the delivery of all your appliance and lighting purchases. All Westridge Homes come with a microwave, hood, dishwasher, and range.

Electrical Plan Approval
Also at this time, you can review the location of your cable and phone jacks, as well as place additional light, cable, and telephone jacks to truly customize your home.

Home Orientation
A few days before closing, our warranty manager will take you through your new home and demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.

Closing
Now that your house is built, it's time for you to sign various closing documents and get the keys to your new home so you can start a new page in your life in your Westridge Home.

3 Month Check-Up
After you've had some time to settle in, you may have some questions or have some little things that need attention. With this review, we will help ensure that everything is perfect for you in your new home. You will want to keep a list of questions and concerns you might have regarding your new home.

11 Month Check-Up
Like the 3-month review, this review will ensure that everything is going according to plan and to make any repairs that may be necessary. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder to schedule this inspection service.
