Westridge Homes' concern with quality doesn't stop at the point of sale. To give you piece of mind, our dedicated warranty staff will make two service inspections with you, our new homeowners. The first inspection occurs 3 months after closing and the second 11 months after closing. We promise to be there for our customers, both before and after their purchase. Our goal is to provide you with a service program that is proactive, effective, and convenient.
3 Month Service
After you've had some time to settle in, you may have questions or little things that need attention. The purpose of this review is to catch things before they become a problem. In your warranty manual, there is a form for you to fill out for this service. Please keep a list of any items that need to be fixed and we will take care of them all at once.
11 Month Service
Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder to schedule this inspection. Like the 3-month review, this is done to make sure everything is going according to plan and to make any repairs that may be necessary. You will fill out the form found in your warranty manual and return it to Westridge Homes.
In addition to our one year warranty, our homes are constructed with quality materials from well-respected building materials manufacturers, many of which provide additional extended warranties on their components. These warranties are either attached to the appliance or provided to you at your closing along with our warranty manual. |
